hurrah. i finally get a day-off from the store. A much deserved break. Honestly, i am stressed out na... not because of the work itself but the drama that revolves around the store.
So help me out would you.
What to do... when... you discovered that
your business partner... who is MARRIED is in a relationship with one of your employees?
and THAT EMPLOYEE is acting as if she owns the store already.
AND you do everything in your power to terminate THAT EMPLOYEE but... your business partner is protecting her.
crap. help!

WOAH. I don't know what to do. :| Can't you tell your business partner about how the employee's been acting? Or report it to your partner's spouse. Haha.
Lack of professionalism there on the part of your business partner and the employee.
