I have redeemed myself from the torments of photo shoot no. 3 (Concept Photography). It didn't go as i planned, i was feeling bad, and it was evident in the pictures that i took. Anyway - Tadaaa!!! I'm glad Sir Lad liked it. (Partner! you like it?). Excited for the next one. Stay Tuned!

I have to start this entry right by saying ----- OHHH-MYYY-GADDD!!!

If you were watching Bb. Pilipinas 2008 the other night, you would have screamed at the top of your voice and immediately grabbed the remote to change the channel! You are now too embarassed and ashamed for THAT CONTESTANT who... who.... made a complete fool of herself.
How the hell was she able to enter the pageant in the first place?! Isn't there like a screening for contestants!? Aren't beauty pageants supposed to showcase not only the beauty of an individual but her BRAIN as well? But CLEARLY they don't think that BRAIN is an important factor in choosing the winner... because SHE WON. OMG. What were the judges thinking!??! Were they even thinking!? Clearrrly... pageants in the Philippines have become merely a superficial night of smiles and struts. Honestly.... Are you willing to have her represent our country in a REAL BEAUTY PAGEANT?!?... We will definitely be a laughing stock.
I'm not being rude... I'm just telling the truth. It would be okay if she wasn't able to answer the question properly... BUT in straight english or tagalog. It would also be okay if she was able to answer it in TAGALOG, given her level of english speaking skills. WAAA.... Butttt nooo.... she was saying nonesense stuff (she didn't even try to give a DECENT answer) and at an... alien english watever language. Didn't anyone advice her to USE TAGALOG instead!?!? .... OKAY everything would be fine ... IF ONLY SHE DIDN'T WIN! ... BUTTTT... thanks to the judges .. she did. AND one of the PRESTIGIOUS TITLES for that matter.

Why do i care then?
It's enough that the rest of the world see filipinos as domestic helpers... but to have one that has a brain like hers represent our country in an international competition - wow. I pray that she speaks Tagalog in her Q&A... because if she doens't... the pageant would definitely turn into a comedy show.

T'was Never Yours

It's nasty. You may forever look at that thing you love. Look at if forever if you wish but you'll never have it. You will never ever have a single bit of it. You can only admire it hopelessly and that's the only thing you can do.

You act like some child, drooling over some candy, just to find out that it's sold to somebody who doesn't really like the candy but bought it anyway just to keep it away from you--and it's the only piece of that kind of candy in the shop. Tsk. You can't feel depressed for it's still in the display, always there for your admiration, but you feel disappointed that even if you were given all the wealth on this planet, you can never have that one treasure you have always desired.

that's what i said when i was looking at "the list of things that i have to do before i die". I am at cloud 9 right now. Finally my dream of taking great pictures is coming true! i finally have a camera that is built for that job. . :D hurrah. I got it for a cheaper price Canon Eos Rebel Xti! I got it for a cheaper price too!!! weee... thank you hong kong. *bow*
